Susan K. Jones is a tenured, full professor of marketing at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI and the principal of Susan K. Jones & Associates. Ms. Jones teaches direct marketing, e-commerce marketing, advertising, and business-to-business classes at Ferris State.
